Why we need to stop icing muscle injuries (w/ Kelly Starrett)

We just did a story on why you should stop icing injuries if you want to reduce swelling and speed up your recovery. We got a lot of that information from mobility expert Kelly Starrett of Mobility WOD. We did get permission to share some of the tips and videos they have on the subject.
